Utility Bills Discrepancies

The City has been alerted to potential discrepancies in this month’s utility bills. We are training with a new system for meter reads which is intended to greatly improve efficiency and transparency but may have resulted in possible over-reads on customer’s bills.

If you notice your utility bill is higher than normal this month, please contact Customer Service at 360-426-4491 and we will get a new, verified read from your water meter. If the new read differs from our past read for your account, bill amounts may be adjusted as necessary.
